About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to engage existing customers and promote course renewal options. The role focuses on increasing conversion rates while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Contact existing customers to present renewal options and drive conversions.
- Maintain regular follow‑up to understand learning needs and recommend personalized solutions.
- Monitor student progress, analyze performance data, and develop renewal strategies.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction throughout the renewal process.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
- Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
