About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and building lasting relationships with prospects.
Key responsibilities
- Build a robust pipeline and maintain long‑term relationships with prospects.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into qualified sales leads.
- Develop and execute an annual sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Leverage sales tools and resources to nurture prospect relationships and close deals.
- Collaborate closely with sales leaders to share insights and improve processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and close deals.
