Test Lead

About the role

Quality Professionals (Q-Pros) is seeking an experienced Test Lead to drive testing initiatives across multiple projects in our regional offices. The role requires strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high‑quality software.

Key responsibilities

• Review software requirements and specifications, identifying gaps or ambiguities.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies and detailed test plans.
• Assign tasks, oversee test case design, execution, and defect management.
• Ensure functional and non‑functional testing coverage.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to maintain software quality.
• Lead and manage testing teams across several projects.
• Mentor and coach team members, promoting continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report testing progress, results, risks, and KPIs to management.

Required profile

• University degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in quality control and software testing.
• Professional testing certifications are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
