Tourism Specialist

About the role

Smile Travel & Tourism is seeking a full‑time Tourism Specialist to join its Amman office. You will design and promote travel packages, create detailed itineraries and advise clients on destinations, transport, accommodation and activities, ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and market tailored travel packages for individuals, families and groups.
• Prepare comprehensive itineraries and provide accurate travel information to clients.
• Respond to client inquiries, process bookings, manage reservations and required documentation.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines and tour operators, handling changes, cancellations and follow‑up communications.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives, generate leads and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Contribute to the overall growth and reputation of the agency.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Solid knowledge of travel destinations, regulations and itinerary planning.
• Sales and marketing aptitude to promote packages and generate leads.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business or related field, with prior agency experience preferred.
