Trainee Lawyer – Amman

About the role

The Trainee Lawyer position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Amman, Jordan. You will work closely with senior lawyers, supporting them in criminal, cyber‑crime and contract matters while gaining practical experience in a modern legal practice.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, case summaries and correspondence in English and Arabic.
• Prepare case files, attend client meetings and assist in case preparation for criminal and cyber‑crime matters.
• Organize documentation for court submissions and monitor developments in Jordanian law and cybersecurity regulations.

Required profile

• Strong legal research and analytical abilities with knowledge of criminal, cyber‑crime and contractual law.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); eligibility or intention to be admitted to the Jordanian Bar is an advantage.
• High level of professional integrity, confidentiality and ethical judgment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in drafting legal documents in both English and Arabic.
• Competence with standard office software.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and digital evidence handling.
