Training Associate

About the role

The Training Associate provides subject‑matter expertise for all operations training, new product testing, and Learning Zone execution within the KFC brand. Working closely with restaurant management and Operations teams, the role drives a high‑performance culture through effective training delivery and certification.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure new hires receive required training to perform their roles effectively.
• Execute Learning Zone programs and certify managers and MITs according to brand standards.
• Coordinate classroom sessions, including scheduling, participant logistics, and workbooks.
• Deliver, evaluate, and continuously improve training programs, adapting content for cultural and linguistic relevance.
• Provide regular reporting on training effectiveness to Operations.
• Organise internal technical competitions and support new product roll‑outs.
• Conduct on‑site coaching, field visits, and one‑on‑one remedial training as needed.
• Manage certification, recertification, and bench‑planning processes.
• Identify low performers and collaborate with Operations Managers on staffing decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum two years experience as a Restaurant Manager, currently a TRGM in a certified training store.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
• Valid driving licence with personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Good knowledge of AI tools and their practical application in operations.
