Travel Services Specialist

About the role

The Travel Services Specialist coordinates travel requests for employees, ensuring efficient, timely, and quality service in line with company policies. The role acts as the main liaison between staff and travel agencies, handling all aspects of travel logistics and related administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Reserve domestic and international air tickets, hotel rooms, rail and transportation services, and manage first‑time ticket reservations for employees and families.
• Control costs by comparing prices, applying entitlements, and recording deductions.
• Prepare embassy check‑lists, letters for business and tourist visas, and coordinate visa assistance with travel agencies.
• Send daily reminder SMS to travelers and monitor flight operations.
• Review and process hotel and air‑ticket invoices, coordinate payments, and handle settlement refunds.
• Track refunds, manage unutilized tickets, and follow up with agencies.
• Publish fare lists in SAP and on the company portal on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, quality standards, safety, and environmental procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in travel coordination, travel agency liaison, or related logistics functions.
• Ability to maintain up‑to‑date technical and soft skills relevant to the role.
