U15 Women's National Team Head Coach

About the role

The Jordan Football Association (JFA) is looking for a dynamic Head Coach to lead the U15 Women's National Team. You will be responsible for shaping the technical direction, training, and competitive performance of the squad, ensuring alignment with JFA's playing philosophy and long-term player development goals.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and lead all U15 women’s national team camps, matches and competition activities.
• Identify, scout, select and monitor elite players for national team inclusion.
• Implement the JFA Playing Philosophy and the National Team Game Model in training and matches.
• Design and deliver training sessions that promote individual growth and team cohesion.
• Prepare the squad for regional, international and friendly fixtures.
• Monitor player development, produce technical evaluations, squad assessments and reports.
• Collaborate with clubs, academies and internal JFA programmes to support player pathways.
• Supervise assistant coaches and support staff, ensuring compliance with safeguarding, welfare and health‑safety policies.

Required profile

• Valid AFC "A" Coaching Licence recognised by the JFA.
• Minimum three years’ experience coaching elite youth football, preferably in girls’ or women’s football.
• Proven track record in talent identification, player development and competition preparation.
• Strong knowledge of Long‑Term Player Development (LTPD) principles and age‑appropriate coaching methods.
• Ability to plan and deliver structured training programmes in a high‑performance environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic; working knowledge of English is desirable.
• Legal right to work in Jordan and permanent residence in the country.
• Physically fit to lead training sessions and travel as required.
