UEM System Engineer

About the role

As a UEM System Engineer you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing and maintaining Unified Endpoint Management solutions for our clients. You will ensure that Windows, macOS and Linux devices are securely managed and optimally configured across diverse environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and configure Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions.
• Perform remote troubleshooting on Windows, macOS and Linux endpoints.
• Provide training sessions on UEM tools and best practices.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer status and documentation.
• Support presales activities by presenting technical capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of Active Directory and networking concepts.

Required skills

• Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms.
• Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems.
• Remote troubleshooting techniques.
• Linux Server OS administration.
• Red Hat patching and Microsoft update management.
• Active Directory components.
• Networking fundamentals.
• CCNA certification (preferred).
• MCSA certification (preferred).
