UI/UX Designer - Bilingual Enterprise Platform

About the role

A bilingual (English and Arabic) enterprise platform serving legal, finance and executive teams is looking for a UI/UX designer who can design the product experience end to end, from user research and flows to polished, build-ready interfaces. The designer will turn complex, information-heavy workflows into simple interfaces, own the design system in Figma and use AI tools to move faster from idea to tested design.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process: discovery, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes.
• Turn complex, data-heavy workflows (dashboards, forms, approvals, reports) into clear, efficient interfaces.
• Design every screen in both languages, with full right-to-left (RTL) Arabic layouts, not mirrored afterthoughts.
• Build and maintain the design system in Figma: components, variants, variables/tokens, auto layout and documentation.
• Run user research and usability testing with real users and turn findings into design decisions.
• Design to WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards: contrast, keyboard flows, focus states and readable type in both languages.
• Hand off build-ready designs to engineering (Figma Dev Mode, specs, states and edge cases) and review what ships against the design.
• Use AI tools across the workflow: research synthesis, content and microcopy drafts, rapid concepting and AI-assisted prototyping.
• Work with product and engineering on scope and trade-offs, and present design rationale to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5 years of professional UI/UX or product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped work.
• Proven experience designing Arabic RTL and bilingual interfaces, with RTL work shown in the portfolio.
• Experience designing complex web applications or SaaS products, ideally B2B or enterprise.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, with self-management and short timelines.
• Preferred: experience building or scaling a design system from scratch; motion and micro-interaction skills; background in legal, finance or regulated domains; basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS, React concepts).

Required skills

• Expert Figma: auto layout, components, variants, variables, prototyping, Dev Mode and FigJam.
• UX principles, information architecture, interaction design and visual hierarchy.
• Usability testing and research tools such as Maze, Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity.
• Practical use of AI in design (Figma AI, Claude, ChatGPT, AI prototyping tools).
