UI/UX Designer & React Frontend Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer & Front-End Developer with a strong background in designing user experiences and interfaces for digital platforms and translating approved designs into responsive, reusable React components. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Figma, Design Systems, and Prototyping, along with strong technical skills in React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and design User Flows, Wireframes, and High‑Fidelity Designs.
• Build and develop a Design System and reusable UI Components.
• Convert approved Figma designs into React Components that accurately match the original designs.
• Develop responsive interfaces compatible with various devices.
• Improve user experience and usability across the platform.
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, and GIS teams.
• Conduct Usability Reviews to evaluate and improve the user experience.
• Document design components and usage guidelines.
• Ensure visual consistency and a unified user experience across the platform.

Required profile

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in User Experience Design, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Digital Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience designing user experiences and interfaces for digital platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Design Systems, and Prototyping.
• Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
• Ability to translate Figma designs into responsive, reusable React interfaces.
• Experience in Responsive Design, Accessibility, and UI Components.
• Experience designing dashboards, real‑estate platforms, and data‑driven interfaces is a plus.
