UX/UI Designer (AI & IT Company)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing AI and IT company looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to shape intuitive digital experiences for our product, web, and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business and user needs into elegant, user‑centered designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end user interfaces for products, web and mobile applications, from concept to final delivery.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries to ensure visual consistency.
• Leverage emerging AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Claude Design) to accelerate the design workflow.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, mockups, and high‑fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized across devices.
• Present design concepts to leadership and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design work.
• Experience using AI‑powered design tools is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, Prototyping, Design Systems).
• Practical experience with AI‑assisted design workflows, including Claude Code and Claude Design.
• Ability to create and maintain scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
