UX/UI Designer

About the role

We’re looking for someone who can go beyond making screens look good. You should be able to understand why a feature is needed, how users will interact with it, identify potential usability problems, and translate complex requirements into simple and effective experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user‑friendly experiences for web and enterprise applications.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.
• Create responsive and visually consistent interfaces across different screen sizes.
• Identify usability issues and propose practical design improvements.
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components, patterns, and design systems.
• Create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and user interactions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Review implemented features to maintain intended UX/UI quality.
• Stay up to date with modern UX/UI trends, tools, and emerging AI‑assisted design capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and/or enterprise application design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs.
• Good understanding of responsive design and usability principles.
• Experience working with design systems and reusable components.
• Strong communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
