Value & Access and PA Head, Levant

About the role

The Value & Access and PA Head for the Levant will partner with regional leadership to develop and implement transformative access solutions for neuroscience assets. This role focuses on strategic disease areas, major HTA archetypes and budget impact models across priority markets.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and deliver access strategy and execution for compounds across the R‑D‑C continuum, translating science into payer value propositions.
• Support countries in payer negotiations, ensure timely delivery of access materials, and integrate access inputs into TPPs, clinical programs and asset maximisation plans.
• Collaborate with internal partners (Medical Affairs, Development, HEOR, Pricing) and external stakeholders to create evidence packages and pricing guidance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in market access, health economics or HTA within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets and leading access communities across multiple geographies.
