Website Revamping Consultant

About the role

The organization is seeking a qualified Website Revamping Consultant to lead a comprehensive website modernization effort. The consultant will act as the primary advisor and project focal point, coordinating closely with internal stakeholders and the selected development vendor.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a full assessment of the current website covering architecture, content, navigation, UX/UI, accessibility, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
• Gather and document business, functional, technical, content, and reporting requirements, identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare a detailed Website Assessment and Requirements Report and draft the RFCO/RFP with scope, deliverables, security requirements, and evaluation criteria.
• Manage the vendor selection process: shortlist providers, coordinate communications, evaluate proposals using a scoring matrix, and produce an Evaluation & Recommendation Report.
• Oversee the selected vendor’s implementation, monitoring milestones, risks, quality standards, and ensuring proper handover, training, and documentation.
• Define and enforce website security requirements, conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, OWASP Top 10 review, and ensure all critical issues are resolved before go‑live.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Transformation or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in website development, digital transformation, or IT project management, with proven website redesign/revamp delivery.
• Demonstrated experience preparing and evaluating RFPs/RFCOs and managing vendor selection.
• Strong knowledge of website architecture, CMS, UX/UI, cybersecurity, SEO, accessibility standards, web analytics, and performance optimization.
• Excellent project management, analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
