3D Designer – Exhibition Stands & Event Booths

About the role

We are looking for a specialised 3D Designer to create exhibition stands, showroom activations and event booths for major clients across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on turning brand concepts into photorealistic 3D visualisations that can be used directly in client presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D concepts and layouts for exhibition booths, stands and activation spaces.
• Produce photorealistic renders that illustrate lighting, materials and branding.
• Iterate quickly on designs based on feedback from project managers, creative teams and clients.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure designs are feasible and production‑ready.
• Adapt designs for different venues, event types and tight agency deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in exhibition, booth or event‑stand design, preferably within an agency, fabrication house or exhibition contractor.
• Strong portfolio that showcases actual exhibition or event‑design projects.
• Ability to work under fast‑turnaround timelines and manage rapid revision cycles.
• Experience with the GCC market or Arabic language is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in 3ds Max.
• Working knowledge of technical/CAD drawing tools such as AutoCAD, Rhino or Vectorworks.
