Account Executive - Marketing

About the role

The Account Executive – Marketing will lead the brand’s online presence, managing social media channels, fostering community engagement, and supporting advertising initiatives. This role combines content creation, analytics, and collaboration with internal teams to drive brand awareness and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Create, curate, and schedule content across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social channels for brand mentions, respond to comments and messages promptly.
• Identify and engage target audiences, nurture brand advocates, and encourage user‑generated content.
• Produce engaging posts, articles, videos, and visuals tailored to audience preferences.
• Track and analyze engagement metrics, providing data‑driven recommendations.
• Handle online crises, develop and implement reputation‑protecting strategies.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with product and service teams.
• Develop community guidelines and enforce a respectful online environment.
• Stay current on industry trends and leverage hashtags to boost visibility.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product teams to align community efforts with overall strategy.
• Identify, manage, and report on influencer partnerships.
• Maintain documentation of community interactions and produce regular performance reports.
