About the role

Kasselsoft is seeking a results‑driven Account Executive to lead strategic partnerships for its next‑generation SaaS solutions. You will act as the primary liaison between the company and institutional, integrator, and channel partners, driving new revenue while cultivating long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with institutions and channel partners.
  • Generate net‑new revenue and expand a thriving partner network.
  • Represent Kasselsoft to buyers and key institutional stakeholders.

Required profile

  • Passionate about sales and relationship building.
  • Proven ability to close deals and manage partnerships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

  • Experience with SaaS solutions.

What we offer

  • Base salary of 350 JOD/month with commission from day one.
  • After three months, base salary increases to 450‑550 JOD/month plus commission.
  • Uncapped earning potential based on performance.
  • On‑site work environment.
