Account Manager – IT Solutions & Cybersecurity

About the role

The Account Manager will drive promotion of our IT products and services, focusing on cybersecurity, network solutions, and hardware infrastructure. Working closely with management, you will shape strategy, build strong partner relationships, and expand sales across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement product line strategy and roadmap in line with company goals.
• Lead partner relations and align them with corporate strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channels/clients to grow sales.
• Build a robust channel/customer database, analyse data, and identify loyalty metrics and new opportunities.
• Conduct market research and on‑site visits to capture market requirements for current and future offerings.
• Manage the full sales cycle from quotation to collection, including credit tracking and payment resolution.
• Generate long‑term revenue and profitability for the product/service line.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and market development reports.
• Oversee targeted marketing programs, monitor progress, and provide recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience selling IT solutions, specifically in cybersecurity, network solutions, or hardware infrastructure.
• Proven ability to develop and manage partner relationships.
• Strong analytical skills for market research and data‑driven decision making.
