Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Amman. The role focuses on building strong relationships with families enrolled in our programs, guiding them through the student journey and ensuring academic success.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultative meetings with families to understand their child’s goals and academic needs.
• Manage ongoing family accounts through regular check‑ins, progress updates and renewals.
• Drive upsells and sales opportunities through relationship‑based account management.
• Handle all communications with families via phone, email and in‑person meetings.
• Coordinate closely with teachers and academic teams to monitor and support student progress.
• Represent 800 SAT Center at school events, parent sessions and other regional activities.
• Travel as required to schools, partner institutions and global branches.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a client‑facing or account‑management role.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or consulting.
• Experience in an educational institution is a strong plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Based in Amman and willing to travel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, Sales, Communications or a related field.
• Strong communication, empathy and relationship‑building abilities.
