About the role
The Account Manager will be responsible for supporting clients and managing sales activities, ensuring long‑term success of assigned accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact, maintaining strong relationships and driving business growth. Collaboration with internal departments ensures that client needs are met efficiently and that performance metrics are accurately captured.
Key responsibilities
- Manage accounts proactively to ensure long‑term success and sustained revenue growth.
- Establish and maintain strong rapport with clients, acting as their trusted point of contact.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities, expanding the customer base and increasing market share.
- Supervise and guide sales representatives, fostering higher sales performance and meeting targets.
- Prepare detailed reports on account activities and transactions for internal review.
- Track account targets regularly and monitor overall sales performance to achieve objectives.
- Monitor sales trends and provide insights to drive strategic decisions.
