About the role

The Account Manager will be responsible for supporting clients and driving sales activities. This role serves as the primary point of contact, maintaining strong relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts to ensure long‑term success.
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with clients.
  • Develop new sales opportunities and oversee the sales process.
  • Supervise sales representatives to boost performance.
  • Prepare reports on accounts, transactions, and sales metrics.
  • Track account targets and monitor overall sales performance.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in client relationship management.
  • Ability to build and sustain strong customer rapport.
  • Leadership skills to supervise and motivate sales teams.
  • Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
