Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, client‑focused Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of accounts, build strong relationships, and translate business and marketing objectives into effective campaigns. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients and coordinate internal teams to deliver high‑quality work on time and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships across a portfolio of client accounts.
• Understand clients’ business and marketing objectives and help develop strategic solutions.
• Collaborate with Creative and other internal teams to design and launch successful campaigns.
• Present creative concepts and recommendations to clients.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve effectiveness.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide clear project updates.
• Identify at‑risk accounts and proactively support client retention.
• Support and mentor junior account team members.
• Coordinate with Finance for timely billing and collection.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client‑servicing and relationship‑management abilities.
• Effective presentation, creative briefing, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Awareness of financial management principles.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt quickly, and train junior team members.

Required skills

• CRM (certification is a plus)
