Account Manager – Restaurant & Vendor Partnerships

About the role

As an Account Manager at Talabat, you will be the primary point of contact for restaurant and vendor partners, helping them maximise their performance on the platform and grow sales.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with restaurant and vendor partners, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Analyse sales, pricing, promotion and delivery data to provide data‑driven recommendations that improve menu performance and revenue.
• Identify upsell and cross‑promotion opportunities, optimise partner content and coordinate marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal Marketing, Logistics and Operations teams to resolve partner issues and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Negotiate, renew and monitor commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with service‑level standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in account management, sales or partner success, preferably in food‑tech, FMCG or e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data dashboards and spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑starter able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Experience using data dashboards to track performance metrics.
