Accountant – Full Ownership of Financial Management

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, self‑driven Accountant with 3–5 years of experience to take full ownership of our financial management. You will independently handle accounting cycles, tax compliance, payroll, and utility payments while leveraging AI tools to streamline processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly accounting cycles without supervision.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers using Zoho Books.
• Handle filings, declarations, and compliance through the ZATCA portal in line with Saudi regulations.
• Process monthly payroll, including registrations and GOSI compliance payments.
• Ensure timely payment of electricity, utility bills, and corporate expenses.
• Monitor accounts receivable, issue statements, and conduct professional collection follow‑ups.
• Utilize AI tools for automated data extraction and AI‑driven Excel/Zoho features to improve workflow and reporting accuracy.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on accounting experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven ability to work independently, drive tasks to completion, and solve problems without direction.
• Strong understanding of Saudi financial regulations, VAT, Zakat, and labor/social security laws.
