About the role
Reporting to the Operations Lead, the Admin and Logistics Officer will provide responsive, adaptive and flexible administrative and logistical support to the Multi‑Country Cluster (MCC) team, ensuring staff and partners have the resources they need to deliver impact.
Key responsibilities
- Provide effective administrative and logistical support to the MCC team, including organising events and meetings.
- Carry out procurement activities in line with Christian Aid’s policies and procedures.
- Act as focal point for engagement and coordination with relevant ministries and government entities.
- Maintain asset registers and inventory records, ensuring tracking, tagging and periodic verification.
- Support the launch and implementation of emergency appeals, organising alerts, meetings and information circulation.
- Assist senior staff to ensure procedures are followed and standards are met.
Required profile
- Proven experience in administrative and logistics functions within an NGO or similar environment.
- Knowledge of procurement policies and asset management processes.
- Ability to liaise with government ministries and external partners.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to Christian Aid’s values of dignity, equality, justice and love.
