About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Administration Assistant to join our team in Amman, focusing on supporting prospective students who wish to study and live in Australia. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the visa application process and ensuring compliance with Australian immigration requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Guide and advise prospective students on studying and living in Australia.
- Assist in reviewing student visa requirements and Genuine Student (GS) documentation.
- Communicate fluently with clients in both English and Arabic.
Required profile
- Firsthand experience living or studying in Australia.
- Full fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, customer‑focused attitude.
