About the role
The Administrative Associate II provides comprehensive office and operational support to the STRIDES program in Jordan. Working under the Administrative Officer, this role ensures smooth daily operations, effective communication, and accurate documentation across the department.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement, logistics, asset management, facilities oversight, and travel arrangements.
- Schedule and manage meetings, events, conferences, and off‑site activities, preparing briefing materials and logistical support.
- Prepare routine status reports, track office metrics, and verify data for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain office inventories, asset records, correspondence, courier services, and general administration.
- Support office setup, renovations, relocations, and assist with document preparation, presentations, data entry, proofreading, and report compilation.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries for staff and visitors.
- Assist special projects, conduct basic research, and perform elementary data analysis.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail in composing, typing, and proof‑reading materials.
- Ability to gather, summarize, and recommend data for reports.
- Understanding of program procedures, methods, and administrative best practices.
- Effective communication of information to staff, clients, and the public.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience using office information systems and equipment for data entry and verification.
