AI Manager

About the role

The AI Manager will lead the design, development, and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions for client projects and internal products at Cody Software Solutions. This full‑time hybrid position is based in Amman with flexibility for partial remote work, and it reports directly to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute AI strategy, selecting appropriate tools, frameworks, and cloud platforms.
• Manage AI project roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of scalable and reliable models.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
• Oversee data pipelines, model performance monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies to keep the company’s offerings competitive.

Required profile

• Strong background in AI and machine learning, with hands‑on experience in model development, evaluation, and production deployment.
• Proven project and people management skills, including planning, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to translate business requirements into measurable AI solutions.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading AI, data science, or advanced analytics teams is highly beneficial.
