AI Trainer

About the role

We are a fast‑growing AI & IT company seeking a passionate AI Trainer to deliver high‑impact training programs in Jordan. The role combines deep technical expertise in artificial intelligence with strong teaching abilities to develop the next generation of tech‑driven leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, Python, Computer Vision, NLP, and Large Language Models.
• Design and develop lesson plans, exercises, projects, and assessments aligned with industry standards.
• Conduct needs assessments and tailor content to learners’ proficiency levels.
• Guide trainees through hands‑on projects, capstone assignments, and real‑world AI applications.
• Provide individual and group feedback on code quality and project outcomes.
• Monitor trainee progress and submit regular performance reports.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest AI trends, tools, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve curriculum and delivery methods.
• Support trainees in building portfolios, GitHub repositories, and practical AI projects.
• Conduct office hours and one‑on‑one mentoring sessions as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering or related field (Master’s a strong plus).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in AI training, teaching, or technical instruction.
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non‑specialist audiences.
• Experience with adult learners, corporate training, or executive‑level programs preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Willingness to work onsite full‑time in Irbid, Jordan.
