AI Trainer

About the role

The AI Trainer will bridge human engineering and machine learning models, curating and annotating datasets to ensure AI components generate accurate, context‑aware, and safe responses. This role works closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers in a fast‑growing AI & IT company.

Key responsibilities

• Design and structure AI training programs, including curriculum, learning paths, modules, and session plans.
• Deliver technical training sessions in live and recorded formats, creating hands‑on exercises, coding activities, quizzes, and assessments.
• Evaluate learner performance, provide actionable feedback, and monitor progress to identify knowledge gaps.
• Continuously improve training content based on feedback and AI technology developments.
• Collaborate with the training team to maintain consistent technical standards and produce high‑quality training materials.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP or a closely related technical role.
• Strong practical experience with Generative AI and NLP, not just end‑user tool usage.
• Ability to design curricula, record training content, and lead discussions with learners.
• Excellent written English and detail‑oriented approach to content review.

Required skills

• Python and Python‑based AI development.
• Machine Learning fundamentals, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models.
• NLP concepts, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, vector databases.
• AI Agents, tool/function calling, AI APIs integration.
• Data handling with NumPy and Pandas, Git, API usage, debugging.
