Aircraft Maintenance Instructor – EASA/CARC Training

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Instructor to deliver technical and regulatory training to maintenance personnel. The role involves classroom teaching, practical exercises, and e‑learning to ensure trainees meet EASA/CARC Part‑66 and Part‑147 requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide instruction for Basic Training Courses approved under Part‑66 and Part‑147, adapting methods to different learner levels.
• Assess and evaluate trainees' practical skills and theoretical knowledge against regulatory standards.
• Develop, update, and maintain course materials, curricula, and examination questions.
• Collaborate with the Examination Manager to support certification processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, MTOE, and regulatory requirements during training.
• Prepare detailed training reports, performance summaries, and periodic updates for audit purposes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical engineering field.
• Valid B1 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License.
• Certified instructional technique course.
• Minimum 8 years of aircraft maintenance experience, including at least 3 years as a qualified instructor.
• In‑depth knowledge of EASA/CARC Part‑66 and Part‑147 regulations.
• Strong public speaking abilities and advanced English proficiency.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel when required.
