Analyst / Senior Analyst / Associate Manager – Performance Marketing (Bangkok)

About the role

Join Agoda’s Performance Marketing team in Bangkok as an Analyst, Senior Analyst or Associate Manager. You will work on data‑driven marketing programs that boost customer lifetime value across global channels.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ad structures, bidding and pricing strategies on platforms such as Google, Bing, Tripadvisor and Trivago.
• Analyze experiment data and build predictive models to assess the impact of TV campaigns, pricing changes and demand elasticity.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate model insights into implementation road‑maps.
• Design and maintain dashboards, generate performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 0‑4 years of data‑analysis experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity or a fast‑growing tech company.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with statistical or data‑analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python or VBA.
