Animator

About the role

Chain Reaction, an award‑winning digital marketing agency, is seeking an Animator to join its Amman team. You will develop complex animation assets, translate client goals into cross‑channel deliverables, and contribute to the creative strategy from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Assign work to junior team members and review their animation sequences for refinement.
• Create keyframes and advanced motion sequences using a variety of animation techniques.
• Develop storyboards, animatics, and blocking animations to define motion for each shot.
• Guide research, generate creative ideas, and ensure compliance with client guidelines.
• Support project planning by providing time estimates and participate in brainstorming sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• More than 3 years of professional animation experience.
• Fluent English with strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
