Application Specialist – Jordan

About the role

We are looking for an Application Specialist to support our customers in Jordan. The role focuses on delivering technical assistance, training and validation services for in‑vitro diagnostic (IVD) products. You will act as the bridge between the client and our sales and support teams to ensure successful product implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customers’ technical issues and complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales and Technical Support Specialists to troubleshoot problems.
• Perform correlation studies and validations in coordination with customers as required.
• Conduct on‑site customer training sessions.
• Visit clients regularly and relay feedback to the sales team.
• Participate in regional and national conference calls, providing updates on technical matters.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Clinical Medicine, Biotechnology, Pharmacy or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum three years of experience in IVD application areas such as immunology, biochemistry or molecular diagnostics.
• Fluent English for daily communication.
• Strong communication skills and a diligent work ethic.
