Applications Support Senior Specialist

About the role

The Applications Support Senior Specialist provides production support for Transmed enterprise systems and contributes to various application‑driven projects such as releases, upgrades, new implementations, documentation, and training.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 2nd‑level technical support, evaluation, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting for Transmed enterprise applications.
• Participate in defining support requirements, SOPs, service levels, escalation matrices, and incident management processes.
• Document issue resolution and progress in the service management tracking system.
• Monitor application performance, generate configuration reports, analyse root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Track changes and upgrades to ensure alignment with business needs, policies, procedures and security standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or a related technology field.
• 3‑5 years of experience with enterprise applications, relational databases, scripting and software administration.
• Advanced level of English and strong interpersonal/networking skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft, Oracle and Salesforce platforms.
• ITIL and PMP certifications (preferred).
• Operating systems: Windows, Linux.
• Databases: SQL, Oracle.
• Programming/scripting: Java, XML, HTML.
• Mobile application support on iOS and Android.
