Arabic Business Analyst – Remote (Immediate Joiner)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Arabic‑speaking Business Analyst to join our team remotely. The role focuses on analysing data flows, documenting processes, and improving data quality for job‑seeker retraining and matching programmes. Immediate availability is required.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing data flows related to retraining and job‑matching services and identify improvement opportunities.
• Document business processes, workflows, data dependencies and inter‑departmental touchpoints.
• Understand and assess the technical architecture that supports data generation and management.
• Develop and maintain access control policies to ensure data security and regulatory compliance.
• Implement data‑quality initiatives, define standards and metrics, and collaborate with teams to enforce them.
• Suggest and drive process improvements to enhance data accuracy, timeliness and reporting effectiveness.
• Assist in project management, tracking milestones, deliverables and stakeholder communication.
• Provide insights on reporting tools, data analysis practices and governance requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, data flow analysis or related fields.
• Strong project‑management capabilities with a track record of delivering cross‑functional initiatives.
• Solid understanding of technical architecture and its impact on business processes.
• Demonstrated experience in data‑quality management and access‑control implementation.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
