Architect / Architectural Designer

About the role

YMY Tutoring is seeking a skilled Architect / Architectural Designer to support a variety of architectural projects, technical drawings, and 3D modeling tasks for residential, commercial, and academic assignments. The role combines design expertise with the ability to produce high‑quality documentation for clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
• Create and modify 2D and 3D architectural models.
• Prepare presentations and technical documentation for project stakeholders.
• Assist on residential, commercial, and academic architectural projects.
• Review project requirements and deliver accurate, high‑quality work.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering.
