Architectural BIM Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Architectural BIM Coordinator to join our team in Amman, Jordan. In this role you will act as a critical link between architectural design and project execution, managing Building Information Models and ensuring seamless coordination across all project disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and maintain comprehensive BIM models using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Coordinate architectural models with MEP and structural disciplines to identify and resolve conflicts and clashes.
• Perform clash resolution, document issues and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
• Create and update drawings and schedules, including plans, sections, details and schedules from BIM models.
• Enforce BIM standards, protocols and best practices across all project deliverables.
• Collaborate with the BIM team, architects and engineers to ensure model accuracy and completeness.
• Manage model organization, naming conventions and file structures to maintain data integrity.
• Support implementation of BIM workflows and processes to improve project efficiency.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance on BIM‑related matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 2‑6 years of professional experience in BIM coordination and architectural design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Advanced proficiency in Navisworks.
• Experience with Dynamo, Solibri or BIM 360.
• Knowledge of BIM standards such as ISO 19650.
