Architectural Construction Manager

About the role

Professional Touch is seeking an Architectural Construction Manager to lead the delivery of smart, sustainable design solutions from concept through installation. You will ensure projects meet high standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility while aligning with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications and timelines.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.
• Guide multidisciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Implement sustainable design practices throughout the construction process.
• Utilize Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to track progress and manage schedules.
• Enforce site safety practices in line with regulatory standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Oversee site management to ensure high‑quality workmanship and compliance with architectural designs.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and apply cost‑control measures.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in architectural construction management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Proven track record leading complex projects in large enterprises, architectural firms, or construction companies.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Strong background in project execution and strategic planning, preferably with a focus on sustainable design.
