Architectural & Interior Designer – Sales Specialist

About the role

Lucera Designo is seeking a full‑time Architectural or Interior Designer Sales Specialist to join its Amman office. You will work directly with clients to translate their luxury‑space aspirations into tailored design solutions, while driving sales of high‑end furniture and FF&E.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand design requirements and present customized proposals.
• Develop design concepts, space plans, and detailed construction drawings.
• Coordinate selection, specification, and procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
• Collaborate with internal design and sales teams to ensure project coherence.
• Stay current on industry trends, luxury furniture market developments, and emerging design tools.

Required profile

• Proven ability in space planning and interior design to create functional, aesthetically pleasing environments.
• Experience in architecture with a focus on detailed construction drawings.
• Strong knowledge of FF&E selection and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Understanding of luxury furniture market trends is an advantage.
