Architectural Project Manager – Lead Design Projects

About the role

kayn studio is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to lead exceptional design projects from concept through construction. Based on‑site in Amman, you will work closely with architects, interior and landscape designers, and studio leadership to deliver high‑quality, impactful architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project execution plans covering all phases from concept to hand‑over.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design intent, ensuring consistency across architecture, interior, landscape, MEP and structural teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Review, develop and approve construction drawings, submittals and documentation.
• Monitor quality, code compliance and standards throughout construction.
• Lead Revit‑based workflows, establishing standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Qualified architect with a strong design sensibility and technical rigor.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver iconic architecture.
• Excellent communication, coordination and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, design‑driven boutique environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit for architectural modelling and documentation.
