Art Director

About the role

The Art Director leads multidisciplinary creative work from concept through final delivery, guiding motion‑graphic, UX/UI and graphic designers to ensure KnowledgeCity’s marketing communications are visually consistent and impactful across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own and define the creative direction for marketing across motion graphics, website UX/UI, graphic design and campaign assets.
• Lead motion‑graphic designers in producing promotional videos, explainer videos, announcements and social‑media video content.
• Translate marketing objectives and product messaging into storyboards, style frames, design systems and production plans.
• Review and approve motion‑design work for composition, typography, animation quality, pacing, sound integration and brand alignment.
• Set the UX/UI design direction for the KnowledgeCity marketing site, landing pages and other digital experiences, ensuring they are intuitive, responsive, accessible and conversion‑focused.
• Oversee graphic design for icons, illustrations, pitch decks, one‑pagers, advertisements, email campaigns and event materials.
• Establish and maintain visual standards for logos, colors, typography, iconography, photography, video treatments and motion design.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system, template library and organized repository of approved assets.
• Provide clear creative briefs, feedback and final approvals, and manage timelines, review cycles and delivery status.

Required profile

• Hands‑on leadership experience directing motion‑graphic, UX/UI and graphic designers.
• Proven ability to define and maintain visual standards and design systems.
• Strong understanding of marketing objectives and the capacity to translate them into clear visual concepts.
• Experience managing creative timelines, dependencies and delivery schedules.
