Assistant Director of Sales – Multi Property

About the role

The Assistant Director of Sales supports the property’s segmented sales strategy across groups, transient, corporate and association markets. You will work closely with the sales leader and the Director of Sales to drive revenue, build long‑term customer relationships and meet personal booking targets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales leader to develop and execute segment‑specific sales plans.
• Lead aggressive solicitation programs to increase business and support promotional initiatives.
• Set and recommend booking goals for the sales team, modelling personal performance.
• Approve space releases for catering events and participate in sales calls to acquire or close new business.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and customer correspondence to support operational execution of booked business.
• Analyze market data using sales systems, assist Revenue Management with six‑period projections, and review guest satisfaction results.
• Provide leadership in guest hospitality, gathering feedback during pre‑ and post‑event meetings.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with 3 years sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 1 year experience.
