Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant Marketing Manager will drive strategic growth by executing high‑impact marketing initiatives, aligning production capacity with market demand, and safeguarding the brand’s premium positioning within the dairy and FMCG sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategic marketing campaigns to accelerate volume growth while maintaining brand integrity.
• Develop and manage a multi‑channel content strategy across digital advertising, social media, and B2B trade communications.
• Monitor market trends, competitive pricing, and shelf‑space opportunities in the dairy and FMCG markets.
• Analyse campaign KPIs and provide data‑driven recommendations to optimise marketing spend.
• Collaborate with Production and Sales teams to ensure promotional activities match factory capacity and inventory.
• Organise brand activation events such as factory tours, product tastings, and industry sponsorships.
• Act as the primary liaison with creative agencies, media partners, and printing vendors, focusing on packaging and labeling compliance.
• Manage project lifecycles and budgets, delivering activations on time and within financial limits.
• Maintain marketing databases, mailing lists, and sales‑enablement material inventories.
• Provide administrative support including market research organisation and executive reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–5 years of progressive marketing experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially regarding food packaging and regulatory labeling.
• Ability to manage multiple high‑priority projects in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Functional knowledge of CRM platforms.
• Functional knowledge of CMS platforms.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (highly desirable).
