Assistant Outlet Manager

About the role

Segreta is looking for an Assistant Outlet Manager to support daily operations at its outlet in Amman. You will work closely with the outlet manager to ensure high‑quality service, smooth opening and closing procedures, and a welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staff to deliver optimal service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect staff grooming, attire, and overall appearance, correcting any deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing the premises.
• Maintain organized storage areas using FIFO principles and conduct regular inventories.
• Monitor dining room seating, service flow, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Create and follow work orders for maintenance repairs.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and disciplining employees.
• Uphold company safety, security, and quality standards, reporting incidents as needed.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and ensure accessibility for individuals with disabilities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant food‑and‑beverage experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb, standing for long periods, and navigating confined spaces.
