Assistant Project Manager - Design Office

About the role

The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and delivering design‑office projects for Egis. Working with multidisciplinary consultants and client representatives, you will help ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with day‑to‑day project management, including monitoring programme milestones and reporting progress.
• Coordinate activities between design consultants, client representatives and internal teams, and organise multidisciplinary design reviews.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, meeting minutes and action trackers.
• Support scope management, change requests, risk registers and quality assurance processes.
• Assist with procurement, technical evaluations and contract administration as needed.
• Help during construction by responding to RFIs, reviewing progress and tracking outstanding actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 1‑3 years of experience in project management or coordination on large‑scale building, stadium, infrastructure or mixed‑use developments.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary consultant teams and familiarity with all project phases from design to hand‑over.
• Professional certification such as PMP is preferred.
