Associate Presales (German Speaker)

About the role

SITA is looking for an Associate Presales professional who speaks German to support its commercial teams. The role focuses on processing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring a smooth hand‑over to the sales team while maintaining high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming customer enquiries in ServiceNow and assign them to the Sales Support Team.
• Create and coordinate internal tasks across SAIT departments to define effort and services for quotations.
• Monitor task progress, follow up on delays, and forward completed information to the DUS Sales Team.
• Manage quotation follow‑up, send reminder letters using standard text modules, and inform sales of customer feedback.
• Prepare quotations for standard and contract‑specific services, ensuring compliance with pricing and contractual rules.
• Compile monthly sales reports, evaluate opportunities, and present the current sales pipeline.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in customer success or technical support, preferably in SaaS or service‑based IT.
• 1‑2 years of experience in presales proposal or bid management for complex solutions.
• Proven ability to prepare client proposals, conduct market research, and collaborate across functional teams.
