Associate, Professional Services – Amman, Jordan

About the role

The Professional Services Associate supports project activities for ITG’s software portfolio. Working on‑site and remotely, you will become proficient in product deployment, configuration, and basic technical support while assisting customers in maximizing the value of ITG solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements and define feature specifications.
• Assist with on‑site and remote setup, installation, configuration, and training of ITG software products.
• Develop a solid understanding of ITG products and client business processes to act as a technical reference.
• Facilitate customer engagements by identifying requirements, setting expectations, and ensuring prerequisites are met.
• Conduct product demonstrations and create sandbox environments with sample data.
• Identify and resolve engagement issues, escalating only when necessary.
• Report software defects through the bug‑tracking system.
• Translate business and technical requirements into detailed work tasks and project scope statements.
• Provide ongoing technical support for assigned accounts and manage customer communications.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Excellent presentation abilities.
• Proactive, positive team player with a self‑starter attitude.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of networking principles (IP addressing, TCP/IP, DNS).
• Experience with software deployment and installation.
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes and tools.
