Award Management Team (AMT) Manager Asia, Middle East & Europe (AMEE)

About the role

Mercy Corps is seeking an experienced Award Management Team (AMT) Manager to support its Asia, Middle East & Europe (AMEE) portfolio. Based flexibly in the UK or the Netherlands, you will act as the central hub for award and grant management, ensuring high‑quality program delivery across a diverse set of countries.

Key responsibilities

• Steward award management from kick‑off to close‑out, ensuring compliance with donor requirements.
• Align contractual deliverables with internal quality and compliance standards.
• Resolve compliance issues and promote knowledge‑sharing across country teams.
• Identify new funding opportunities and support high‑quality program design.
• Lead submission efforts in line with donor specifications.
• Serve as liaison between program teams and internal/external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in award, grant, or donor‑compliance management within the humanitarian or development sector.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret donor contracts and program data.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with country teams and senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
